11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

12. Electronic Communications & CASL Compliance

By providing your email or phone number via our contact form, you consent to receive communications from Infinity View. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” or contacting us directly. Infinity View complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

13. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing:
